renza

Terms of Service

Effective: July 2, 2026

Renza is operated by Whack, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Renza ("Renza", "we", "us"). By using renza.io, our API, CLI, or any Renza service (together, the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Renza hosts HTML documents — decks, reports, one-pagers — and makes them presentable, commentable, versioned, and shareable. We host your content; we do not sell or host AI models. Any AI editing runs on your own accounts and subscriptions.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old. Organizations are responsible for the activity of their members.

3. Your content

You own your content. Decks and files you import remain yours. You grant us the license we need to operate the Service: to store, process, and serve your content to you and to the people you share it with, in the way the product's sharing controls describe.

You are responsible for what you publish. When you share a deck by link, anyone with the link can view it — treat share links accordingly.

Anonymous publishing creates temporary hosted documents that expire automatically (currently after 7 days) unless claimed into an account.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Renza to:

  • impersonate Renza or any other person or brand, or phish for credentials — documents that imitate sign-in pages or Renza's own interface will be removed;
  • host malware, or content that is illegal, infringing, or deceptive;
  • probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or circumvent its isolation and permission systems;
  • resell or white-label the Service except through features we provide for that purpose.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can report abusive content from any shared deck or by emailing hello@renza.io.

5. Plans and billing

Free features are described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed through Stripe per editor seat; prices may change with notice, and changes apply from your next billing cycle. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period. If a subscription lapses, your content remains yours and accessible — paid features simply switch off.

6. The Service is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep Renza reliable and secure (see our security approach), but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whack, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On account deletion we delete your content within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; if a change is material we'll give notice (for example by email or in-product) before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
